Easter Seals-Goodwill NRM Project Manager in Great Falls, Montana
The role of Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict quality standards, deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels internal and external customer satisfaction. Partners with the AVP of HR to oversee progress on ESGW initiatives. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and other departmental staff in order to deliver projects according to plan and budget. The Project Manager will partner with the AVP of HR to define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle in coordination with their supervisor and project advisors. The Project Manager will work closely with the executive team at ESGW to ensure timely completion of process and strategies for their assigned projects.
Regular duties include:
Effectively communicate project expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
Directing and managing project development from beginning to end.
Defining project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management.
Developing project plans and schedule; Sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities.
Plans and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Tracks project milestones and deliverables.
Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Develops process guides, manuals and other training material for the end user.
Project Focuses – Responsible for strategy and direction for:

Development of supervisor training materials.

Wage: $62,000-72,000 Annual
Strong familiarity with project management software ‐ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
Strong familiarity with software applications and being able to complete simple software fixes once trained (this does not mean coding, but following instructions on how to add a field or format a page in current software applications)
