Professional requirements are a clean driving record with no more that 3 minor violations or 1 major violation in 5 years, clean criminal record, standard drivers license with at least 3 years driving history, at least 25 years old (required by insurance).This job requires your proficiency with technology. Schedule and time clock are App/computer based, rides are dispatched via a company provided smart phone, and cars are newer model hybrids with power everything, bluetooth, and cameras. You MUST be a quick learner when being trained on the equipment.The personal requirements of this job are punctuality. we schedule fares based on drivers scheduled so you MUST show up and ON TIME. A clean appearance is a must with the ability to do laundry and show up in a clean uniform each shift. A friendly yet professional personality is a must as well. The average taxi ride is 6-13 minutes in duration....this is the time you have to make a positive impression on the customer. Appropriate conversation topics, the ability to know read a person and figure out when they just want a ride and no conversation.In addition to regular taxi shifts, we have several contracts that we service on an as needed basis which drivers can volunteer to do. These trips are out of town trips that range from 4hrs to over night round trips and pay is $25/hr
