Great Falls Clinic Technician - Maintenance II in Great Falls, Montana
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The maintenance Technician is responsible for day to day building operations duties which can include boiler and HVAC operations, building operations including openings closings and alarm activation / deactivation, grounds care, and specialized education or training in electronics, communications or other specialty that is beneficial to the Clinic organization. Other duties that are deemed necessary will be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, or CEO. Receives direction from: Maintenance Supervisor.
SHIFT: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year of verifiable and successful building operations experience.
Experience in a medical setting, or with medical equipment is preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Valid Montana driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons and no moving violations for one year in order to operate Clinic vehicles.
Current MT Low Pressure Boiler Operators License or obtain within 1 year of hire, required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Current working knowledge of boilers. Previous experience in building operations is a plus.
Computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to work with a variety of equipment, analyze and solve complex problems.
Current skills in welding, soldering, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, grounds care and equipment operation, carpentry, concrete, and landscaping required.
