SUMMIT UTILITY SERVICES LLC Utility Locate Technician in GREAT FALLS, Montana
This position requires daily contact with utility managers, crews, homeowners and contractors discussing locate issues. Applicant must read and understand utility provided maps to assist in identifying underground utilities, as well as prioritize locating requests to determine routing. The applicant must work well in an unsupervised situation and able to problem solve. Knowledge of underground utility construction is preferred but not required, as we do provide extensive training. Solid oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with people are a must. Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
