Stockman Bank of Montana VIDEO BANKING SPECIALIST/ITM SPECIALIST in Great Falls, Montana
Position General Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assisting customers through a remote on-screen video experience using Interactive Teller Machines. This position must be able to proactively engage in professional, positive, and productive communication with customers who are utilizing ITM’s at remote locations. This position will perform basic teller-like duties with some exceptions and differences. This position will also assist with administrative functions as assigned. Scheduled days and hours will be flexible based on business needs.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Proficient in Ten-key skills and computer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teller, customer service representative/new account, or other banking experience.
Previous experience with Flex Teller or another teller or banking program.
Dimension of Job:
This position is responsible for extensive customer contact via video and providing broad-based banking assistance. ITM Specialist is responsible for following banking regulations and procedures while maintaining protection of the Bank’s assets. Possess a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products.
Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies:
Performing Customer Transactions via ITM:
Being comfortable on video helping customers at remote locations.
Must be able to provide step by step guidance of the ITM process.
Provide professional service by greeting customers with a smile while serving customers with remote transactions including but not limited to:
Properly identifying customers as outlined in procedures,
Processing deposits to checking and savings accounts,
Monitoring deposit amounts and examining documents for endorsement and negotiability,
Providing other transactions which may include account balance inquiries, cashing checks, accepting loan payments, or other account related transactions.
Quickly, accurately, and efficiently process all transactions through ITM Program.
Responsible for proper item storage and protection of customer information.
Other duties as assigned.
