Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply Cashier Part Time in Hamilton, Montana
Cashiers are the first to greet the customers and the last to thank them; this is crucial to Murdoch’s customer service. Cashiers must provide exceptional service through communication, friendliness and store/product knowledge, as well as maintain exceptional store appearance and cleanliness.
Key Areas of Responsibility:* Meet and greet each and every customer in and out of store* Consistent, quality customer service ensuring a successful shopping experience* Professional etiquette and positive attitude in all communications including phone and radio* Maintain the front end of the store, keeping it clean and organized* Product knowledge (primarily location but not limited to)* Load-outs* Self training assessments and evaluations* Accurate transactions and inventory maintenance* Proper product return and exchange procedures* Other duties as needed
