Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse/Bath Aide opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an LPN/Bath Aide position. The hospice aide is a member of the Inter-Disciplinary Group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The hospice aide will receive assignments in a manner that promotes quality care, continuity of services and patient safety. The Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse provides hospice nursing care for assigned patients in their place of residence; coordinates and integrates services through a team approach to ensure continuity of care; and uses the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation of care, including patient/family instruction and evaluation, while meeting productivity standards established for the position. The Hospice LPN works under the supervision of the Hospice RN.
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Montana. Current Montana driver’s license
Experience: Previous Hospice experience preferred
Requirements: Valid Montana driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile.
