BARGREEN PROJECT COORDINATOR in HAMILTON, Montana

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects involving Food Service Equipment. The Project Coordinator position is an administrative role that includes supporting project managers with project requirements and achieving specific goals within a defined timeframe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for detail, and who enjoys working with others as a team and independently.Responsibilities•Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel•Enter orders for custom and stocked equipment for projects•File purchase orders in project folders•Review order acknowledgements and purchase orders to correct discrepancies•Obtain shipment tracking information for equipment•Email quote requests for new jobs bidding and file quotes in project folders•Conduct plan checks and catalog discrepancies for Estimator•Compile owner's manuals and create final closeout documents•Create progress invoices for clients and track payments•File freight claims for damaged equipment•Schedule start-up and training for local service agents at project closeout•Coordinate and manage assigned duties to make sure all tasks are completed on time and with accuracy•Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success•Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change order logs and purchase order logs•Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project•Support the project manager in any additional tasks as needed or assignedQualifications•Previous experience in project coordination or project management within the construction industry preferred•Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Critical Thinking and ability to problem solve•Desire to learn and take initiative to complete work•Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively•Ability to meet deadlines•Ability to take direction and follow-through on assigned tasks•Knowledge of construction estimating and contract management processes desired•Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and ability to collaborate with othersIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for details and a desire to contribute to the success of our projects, we encourage you to apply for this position.
