Looking for a creative, entry-level position in marketing? Consider joining One Health's Marketing, Engagement, and Communications (MEC) team!
The MEC Specialist is a collaborative, mission-focused and results-driven advocate of the One Health brand and mission. The specialist will work collaboratively with the MEC Manager to develop community awareness through the completion of communication tasks, including but not limited to website management, development of promotional materials and videos, events, and special projects. They will assist in management of all social media accounts and electronic marketing efforts of One Health. They will also develop relationships with community engagement groups across all clinic sites.
This is a part-time OR full-time position. The successful candidate may be able to work from home, with periodic travel to our clinic sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures consistent, quality implementation of One Health’s brand in all aspects of the organization.
Proactively generates creative concepts, collateral and engaging messaging that aligns with brand strategy, examples may include: advertising, annual report, campaign materials, digital/social campaigns, e-newsletters, event promotion, media releases, presentations, etc.
Works with MEC staff to equip engagement teams to utilize social media.
Works with MEC Manager to develop and implement content creation for social media throughout individual community and organization wide social media outlets.
Develops, implements, and manages contracts for traditional promotional materials such as radio copy, newspaper ads, print materials, etc.
Works with MEC staff to produce and edit promotional and educational videos.
Leads ongoing management of all digital touch points for organizational social networking landing pages and further develops and leads comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility.
Manages social media calendar in advance; schedules and manages content across organizational social network landing pages.
Works with MEC staff to build effective, strategic relationships to facilitate teamwork, recruit community engagement partners, and enhance knowledge of available services and activities.
Reports on, analyzes and draws insights from social media metrics and monitors trends in social media tools and applications.
Attends and successfully completes all required training programs, participates in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.
Actively participates in staff meetings and other collaborative meetings with team members.
Adheres to all One Health Policies and Procedures.
Participates in performance optimization and risk management activities as required.
Cooperates and abides by all elements of One Health’s Compliance Program.
Provides exceptional customer service and models the mission of One Health when interacting with internal and external stakeholders promoting a positive image for the health center.
Performs other duties as assigned or required with or without prior notification.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Content development and editing for digital media
Fluent use of social media, knowledge of third-party management tools, and familiar with web design concepts
Time management skills

Moderate noise level consistent with an office environment.
