BIG HORN COUNTY OFFICE MANAGER (PART TIME) in HARDIN, Montana

POSITION: Senior Executive Office Manager and File Management Expert (Temporary). MAJOR DUTIES: Under minimal direction and supervision, manages the Department Office, supervises clerical staff, performs varied secretarial duties; supervises, where appropriate, all office functions and responsibilities. Delegates work of others. Individual judgment within prescribed procedures is required. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from High School or equivalent, and 25 years\' experience in data management, including working with sophisticated data entry software, some experience managing multiple funds and fund sources required. Previous supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, typing speed of 45 wpm and ability to draft, incorporate and follow security protocols preferred. Must possess a valid Montana Driver License and must be an insurable driver. PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING: The successful applicant must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. SALARY: \$32.00 per hour. DUTY HOURS: Part-Time, 20 hours per week, variable hours, Monday through Friday. NOTE: This is a Temporary, 6-month position.
