POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the dentist(s) with the day-to-day patient operation and ensuring all patients are given exceptional care and treatment.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certificates/Licenses:

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Valid driver’s license

  • BLS Certification upon hire

  • On the job training provided to attain radiographic state license for dental x-rays

  • To be completed within 3 months of hire date

    Preferred:

  • Dental Assistant certification from accredited Dental Assistant program, authorized to work in the state of practice.

    Experience:

    Preferred:

  • Three (3) years of dental clinic experience

  • Prior work history in community or public health
