QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
-Will consider an Associated degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field..
DUTIES:
-Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Head Start center, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
-This role involves staff supervision, program implementation, family engagement, and ensuring a high-quality early childhood education environment.
