NFC U.S. DEPT. OF AGRICULTURE WILDLAND FIREFIGHTER in HARLOWTON, Montana
* ENTRY LEVEL WILD LAND FIREFIGHTER IN HARLOWTON MT *
This is an entry level position. No previous experience is required.
Pay grade is a GS-3/4, which is $15 to $16 per hour
On fires, there is an additional 25% hazard pay plus time and one-half for overtime. On average, a wild land firefighter can anticipate 300 or more hours of overtime each year. Additionally, this position gets a $1500 per month retention allowance.
Bunkhouse style housing is available in Harlowton for employees only. ($7 to $8 per day)
