We are recruiting for a MACT Care Coordinator

MACT Program

Duties: Assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the Team Leader Supervisor and Psychiatrist. Delivery of client medications, rotation schedule within the MACT Team, weeknights, or weekends. Bargaining position, must participate in the Union pension fund.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the mental health professions (e.g., nursing, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology), including internships and other supervised practical experiences in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Must have a strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness to live in their community. Must possess the skills and competence to establish relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Respect for client rights and personal preferences in treatment are essential. Job placement experience helpful. Excellent computer skills. Must have a valid MT Driver’s License, personal vehicle insurance, and vehicle. Travel and transportation of clients is required.
