Job Title: Bartender/Casino Attendant Job Summary: greets and serves alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and meal to customers. Attends to gaming patrons in the Duck Inn Tavern. Job Duties: • Greets guests, takes orders or makes recommendations, and prepares and serves beverages and food. Attends to gaming patrons, makes change, pays out winnings, etc. • Stocks the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware, and ensures a clean working environment. • Ensures compliance with federal and state liquor/gaming laws, and applicable company policies. Must be at least 18 YOA to serve alcohol and work in a gaming establishment. • May assist with inventory. • Incumbents in this position are typically eligible for gratuities, • Ability to work as part of a team. • Possesses excellent customer service skills. • Ability to understand and follow directions. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Experience and Education • Performs work under direct supervision. • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Must possess the ability to handle monetary cash transactions correctly. • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. • Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
