Concentrix Data Analyst in Helana, Montana
Looking for an experienced, passionate, and tech-savvy Data Analyst who can dive in, research and gather insights, digest findings, and deliver potential strategies the Customer Success organization can pursue. The dynamic self-motivated individual must be team-oriented with excellent communication skills and positive attitude for the data analyst role. The role is responsible for the implementation, integration, and data insights using machine learning, artificial intelligence, dashboard and other trending technologies.
Responsible for managing the full life-cycle of the solution. This includes creating the requirements analysis, design of the technical architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the proposed solution.
Work closely with the different groups in the Customer Success team to operate more effectively, create and track metrics across our operations, and share informative actionable insights -- including recommendations to enable customer engagement and revenue growth.
Create, maintain and enhance CS reporting/dashboards with respect to (CS) forecast, retention, up-sell, overall health of the existing customer base.
Effective use of SQL and/or Google Looker to complete ad-hoc analysis requests with the ability to visualize and present key insights that influence business decisions.
Take end-to-end ownership for solution components and bring in design best practices and tools.
Provide guidance with datasecurity (https://datafloq.com/read/?q=Security#utm=internal) andprivacy (https://datafloq.com/read/?q=Privacy#utm=internal) concerns.
Minimum 5+ years in an analyst (Business/Data) function, preferably in a Customer Success environment.
Prior knowledge/experience with Salesforce/Google Looker/AWS QuickSight.
High degree of professionalism, as this role will require heavy interaction with leadership at all levels.
Strong mathematical, analytical and organization skills.
Expert with data integration technologies like Kafka and Spark.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
Must have strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high profile position.
Excellent team player with a proven background of individual contribution. Proven track record in building strong relationships.
Must be highly effective in both verbal and written communication.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
Google Looker certification
Prior Jira Software experience: demonstrable experience of working with the Atlassian suite, with experience of managing Jira end to end.
