About the role:

As we grow our business in North America, we are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, high-performing Director of Sales to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The Director of Sales (DOS) Concentrix Analytics Direct, is responsible for driving new business for the Global Analytics practice through successful implementation of sales expansion strategies within the existing Concentrix customer base + New Logos. The person in this role will successfully establish business relationships at the highest levels within the client organization, with the goal of expanding Data & Analytics services and meeting/exceeding sales bookings targets.

In this capacity, the DOS will develop and implement sales account strategies and programs, while working closely with the Marketing department and Inside Sales, to drive new sales and growth to existing. The DOS will also work with both existing Concentrix Account Managers and New Logo sellers to position Data & Analytics services with Concentrix existing clients.

The DOS will execute a white space mapping approach across the assigned Customer Portfolio and execute on a sales strategy which effectively sells CAD solutions and offerings.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy to meet the yearly bookings target

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and expanding wallet share with existing customers

  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Ensure the highest discipline around mapping of and selling into the white space for the assigned accounts.

  • Deliver on the short term and long-term sales bookings targets

  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and successfully navigate selection processes to wins

Profile & Experience

  • Business development and account management experience with a consultative / transformation selling and solutioning approach

  • Experience selling in the Data & Analytics services sector

  • Strong exposure in BFSI and related industries preferred but not an absolute requirement

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience selling in a highly matrixed environment

  • Ability to collaborate with Sales Support, Operations and other departments to scope and price Data & Analytics solutions & services that meet clients business requirements and align to the sales strategy

  • Executive presence and the substance to successfully operate at CEO and Board level

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close deals

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • MBA/BA/BS degree or equivalent
