Job Description

The Head of Community and Culture is responsible for developing, leading and driving world class initiatives that support the organizations business goals and objectives. This position works with Senior Leadership to align our people, culture, community services and programs to support our vision of being the greatest customer engagement services company in the world, rich in diversity and talent.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Defines strategy and leads culture initiatives, education, measurement, and drives adoption throughout the organization

  • Builds a rewarding and engaging culture where creativity, quality, diversity and inclusion are nurtured

  • Provides strategic direction for training initiatives on cultural competency, mental wellness, gender differences, disability, building a climate of equity and inclusion, and other topics designed to increase awareness and support of equity and inclusion values

  • Guides policy and program development to create a healthy and inclusive work environment

  • Leads the strategy development and implementation of community outreach and the building of brand awareness

  • Builds and maintains positive and trust-based relationships with community partners, policymakers, and other stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred in related field from a four-year college or university with 15+ Years of Experience (with at least 6+ years of Progressive Mgmt Experience) preferred

  • Advanced ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.

  • Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team on developing lasting customer relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management.

  • Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
