What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking for Manager of Compensation to be a key member of our Talent team within our fast growing company.
Administering and monitoring the compensation program; assessing and analyzing external market trends and internal structure equity of the program
Conducting and/or participating in external compensation surveys and preparing detailed analyses and recommendations based on the results
Developing salary ranges and merit guidelines that are competitive and equitable; conducting internal position evaluations to ensure appropriate and equitable positioning of jobs within the salary range; evaluating individual salaries to reduce or eliminate inequities
Stock Plan Administration for international equity program including performance awards and restricted stock grants
Developing, designing, and implementing incentive programs based on business need to strengthen "pay for performance" culture, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and supporting internal process efficiencies
Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to evaluate external and internal labor market challenges and trends to maintain market competitive compensation practices
Leading all HRIS (Workday) implementations and upgrades to the current system related to compensation; working with Talent Team and HRIS Team on conversion and integrity of data
The Experience You'll Need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field is required, or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years' experience in compensation administration
Experience in pay incentive design and equity administration
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning ability
Ability to complete work independently and as part of a team engaged in multiple project assignments
Experience with HRIS systems and reports with Workday specific experience a significant plus
Knowledge of equity components, experience of equity program development and administration.
Proficient Excel, MS Office, and HRIS (Workday) platform skills
Capability and desire to learn, grow, advance in compensation and equity
An entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a quick-moving, dynamic environment
Ability to adapt and believe in taking smart risks
An analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness; ability to prioritize and plan work activities
Demonstrates a collaborative nature; will build positive and effective business relationships with HR colleagues
Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $80,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
