Cordis Manager, Global Treasury in Helana, Montana


Summary: Treasury is responsible for developing, recommending, and executing financial policy. Treasury identifies and manages risks that could erode financial strength and ensures the company has the liquidity to meet its obligations and fund strategic initiatives. Treasury's key areas of focus include corporate finance, financial risk, international treasury, and treasury operations. The Manager, Global Treasury will be responsible for overseeing all domestic and international treasury operations and helping build out a Treasury function to support our rapidly growing global business.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash position for domestic and international operations

  • Oversee liquidity, cash management, and bank strategy for all entities

  • Monitor financial risk transactions, including foreign exchange risk, and develop risk management programs and strategies

  • Manage debt portfolio to ensure compliance with all key covenants, reporting obligations and debt servicing

  • Develop and monitor investment programs and strategies

  • Executes hedging transactions and strategies

  • Review bank account analysis statements for accuracy and cost control

  • Administer new bank account openings or closings

  • Prepare cash forecasting and variance analysis

  • Manage KYC requests and other bank compliance and legal documentation as required

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve global treasury processes and efficiency

  • Draft and maintain global treasury policies

  • Maintain Treasury control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and SOX controls

  • Maintain domestic and international banking and financial institution relationships

  • Support the quarterly and annual financial statement audit process

  • Manages relationships with credit rating agencies

  • Supervises direct reports

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking industry

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detail

  • Provide timely and in-depth analysis on complex tasks and projects

  • Work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across the organization and with external banking partners

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Experience with liquidity, cash and debt management, and equity capital markets

  • Demonstrates knowledge of economic theory, banking industry and related regulations

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic financial modeling capabilities

  • Understanding of accounting concepts and processes

  • Related professional designation preferred
