Responsibilities

  • Supports multiple projects and programs within a portfolio
  • Tracks and manages approval process for a high volume of vendor invoices performing services across a portfolio of projects
  • Builds relationships with vendors and serves as main point of contact for all payment related items
  • Interacts regularly with accounts payable team to ensure prompt payment of vendors
  • Tracks and generates client invoicing for a portfolio of projects in accordance with each client’s contract
  • Builds relationships with key client contacts and engages in accounts receivable collection management
  • Tracks and organizes all client and vendor contracts
  • Produces monthly and quarterly project financial reports
  • Assists project teams with other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers and vendors
  • Understanding of payables processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data efficiently and effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Workday experience considered an asset
