Were looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a functional specialist capable of understanding and articulating complex deal characteristics, you will work closely with sales leaders across multiple solution-offerings to attract best-in-class sales talent. Sourcing from adjacent, competitive and complimentary industries, you will develop deep expertise of Concentrixs core and emerging lines of business, able to convey our values, culture and growth trajectory to top-sales talent. We are looking for an individual capable of having in-depth, high-level interactions with senior, enterprise salespeople within technology, professional services and BPO segments.

Sourcing from adjacent, competitive and complimentary industries, you will develop deep expertise of Concentrixs core and emerging lines of business, able to convey our values, culture and growth trajectory to top-sales talent. We are looking for an individual capable of having in-depth, high-level interactions with senior, enterprise sellers in our technology, professional services and BPO segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales recruitment initiatives globally, in support of multiple stakeholders across core and emerging lines-of-business

  • Advise senior sales leaders, and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition team members to create consensus-based hiring outcomes

  • Devise sales recruiting processes, best-practices and playbooks

  • Generate an extensive network of high-value sales talent within target industries and vertical markets

  • Develop data-supported appraisals of competitive landscape and use them to create immediate and long-term sales talent pipelines Create connected candidate experiences as a trusted advisor to high-value sales talent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success as a corporate recruiter, or combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience

  • Demonstrated experience in full life cycle sales recruiting in a services, technology or BPO environment

  • Deep understanding of sales vernacular, specifically around technology and/or complex service offerings

  • Desire to be the go-to person for complex, business-critical sales roles

  • Unafraid of change and capable of adapting and contributing to rapid-growth, continuous improvement and process transformation

  • Holds self and others to delivery targets and deadlines, acting as a project owner for multiple recruiting engagements at any given time

  • Articulate, persuasive, and consultative enjoys nuance, complexity and connecting the dots
