Job Description

The Vice President Digital Experience is responsible for the development, direction and management of Prime’s digital strategy. This position will influence the partnership with customer experience, marketing, operations, and information technology teams to deliver a digital platform enabling a market leading customer experience. This position works collaboratively with cross-functional senior leadership teams to facilitate the execution of the digital strategies through effective oversight, prioritization and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Prime’s strategic objectives; create innovative approaches to enhance customer experience, exceed customer expectations and drive client and customer adoption of digital tools

  • Identify opportunities to differentiate and transform digital solutions, develop business case(s) to support new digital products and experiences, and indirectly oversee cross-functional teams accountable for the digital experience delivery and KPI (key performance indicator) definitions

  • Drive the execution of new digital platforms in partnership with the customer experience, marketing, operations, clinical, and information technology team and collaborate with external partners (i.e. health plans, retail, home delivery, specialty pharmacies) to enable a streamlined customer experience

  • Leverage customer insights (e.g., user experience research, preferences), emerging trends and analytics to drive continuous improvement; partner cross-functionally to analyze market and customer data to inform and drive digital product development and to develop standards, processes, and programs to identify and address gaps in the customer experience

  • Accountable for the evolution and delivery of digital experiences, technology and products to include identifying opportunities to transform digital solutions and the delivery of existing services and capabilities, managing external digital consumer experience vendors, and leading experience design (XD), user design experience (UX) and user interface design (UI)

  • Communicate with Client Engagement and Sales on new digital experience products and capabilities to be offered to customers/clients

  • Develop integrated experiences that blend in-person (i.e., doctor office visits, pharmacy) and digital experiences to provide seamless interactions with customers

  • Collaborate to ensure digital platforms align with Prime’s branding across communication channels; establish KPIs to measure the success of digital tools and related marketing effectiveness

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration or related area of study

  • 15 years of relevant combined work experience in marketing, digital experience/strategy, or information technology with a minimum of 5 years of marketing or digital strategy experience

  • 9 years of leadership/people management experience

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience meeting customer expectations and identifying and implementing new products and services

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility with people at all organizational levels

  • Proven experience inspiring cross functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable plans

  • Experience driving the identification of improvement opportunities and leading the implementation of process changes

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, consulting, and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other related advanced degree

  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)/healthcare experience

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to SVP Chief Operating Officer

Potential pay for this position ranges from $176,300.00 - $300,100.00 based on location, experience and skills.
