WORKDAY Integration Developer
As a Workday Integration Consultant II, you will collaborate with your team and business contacts to deliver Workday integration solutions supporting internal and external systems.
The HRIS team is responsible for supporting Concentrix's HRIS strategy by evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering HRIS solutions that leverage technologies and the use of data and analytics to drive business improvements, maximize organizational and HR performance, and drive alignment to overall business strategy.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Participate and/or lead specific integrations while working in an environment where we value Knowledge, Openness and Transparency.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.
Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support.
Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against long-term Roadmaps.
4 -6 Years of Experience in writing Technical Design/ Specifications, Development as well as End to end testing of integrations and Support
Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
Experience with Workday Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker and other areas such as Benefits.
Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on timeliness and quality
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to raise questions as needed with the team
Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex problems and ideas
