About the Team
The Recruitment and Enrollment Solutions (RES) team is made up of 15 dedicated professionals with a laser focus on the sales and support of College Board's market leading Search solutions. Through consultative sales and customer success management methodologies, we serve over 1,500 institutions each year, helping them to optimize their use of College Board Search to realize their desired outcomes and objectives. The RES team also engages with the leading enrollment consultant groups that work with our client institutions.
About the Opportunity
The Assistant Director, Recruitment and Enrollment Success Management (RESM) is a key player in sales enablement activities, directly impacting the team's achievement of program or area goals. This person enjoys variety in their workday, providing critical business development support in areas including contract processing, programming, and issue resolution necessary to provide our clients with a positive experience.
In this role, you will:
Project Management (50%)
Work with Senior Directors and Directors to plan and execute on client training and meeting events, including:
Full management of virtual event set-up, registration process, participant communication, presenter coordination, and tech needs (pre-, during, and post-event)
Coordinate with Business Planning & Ops for in-person event needs
Facilitate development of meeting materials, in collaboration with RES team
Develop, deliver, synthesize, & report on post-meeting feedback surveys
Complete event follow-up and record attendance in Salesforce
Serve as the primary RES liaison for beta projects that require College Board Search user engagement; coordinate within Program Management team on communications, legal agreements, beta participation, and provide technical and logistical support for virtual programming throughout the timeline of the beta
Manage the internal Recruitment and Enrollment Solutions (RES) Microsoft Teams site, including organization of information and maintenance of accurate files
In coordination with Senior Directors and Business Planning & Ops, assist in the development of new internal processes and procedures to be utilized by RES; draft process documents as needed
Serve as project coordinator for the training committee; assist the team in the development and maintenance of self-serve training supports and ancillary materials, including recordings and posting of content on College Board Search sites
Establish and maintain RES master calendar
Customer Success Support (50%)
Respond to select client inquiries related to College Board products and services by researching, monitoring, tracking, and resolving. Follow up with internal and external parties via phone/email/virtual engagement
Utilize Salesforce to assist directors with processing contracts including monitoring the progression of contracts through our systems and engaging subject matters experts to triage identified issues
Enter and maintain accurate client contact information including identifying and updating Alpha User information in various systems; assist clients in the set-up of their Alpha contacts as needed
Draft and distribute Search communication initiatives, offerings, and alerts to ensure clients are kept appraised and informed of key activities and deadlines
Expertise in virtual, CRM and survey technologies, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom highly preferred
Proven ability in Program and/or Project management
Experience with or understanding of the Higher Education enrollment management market (preferred)
Outstanding organization and prioritization skills and the proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team
Experienced in the development of standard operating procedures including drafting work instructions
Experience in processing contracts through a system
Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings
Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action
A willingness to travel 3-5 times a year
A passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for millions of students
Bachelor's degree is required
