General Motors LLC Collision Development Manager in Helena / Helena, Montana

This is a remote position; the selected candidate can reside and perform the work from anywhere within the United States.
About the Role:
The Wholesale team seeks collaborative, energetic, highly motivated self-starting team members.
This position is a part of the Wholesale Collision team within the Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Sales and Marketing organization. The Collision position involves working as part of a cross-functional team that is working to grow market share and change the post-collision customer experience. The work primarily requires collaboration with GM CCA and other GM functions, such as: Engineering, Customer Experience, OnStar Insurance, Field Sales, and several external vendors. In addition, the position will support other Wholesale Channel initiatives. All team members are encouraged to embrace, demonstrate, and live out the GM Cultural Behaviors and Values in all aspects of the job.

High level of interpersonal skills

Additional Job Description

Experience in national accounts, dealer/retailer service operations, including direct dealer contact
Ability to work effectively with both technical resources and non-technical business owners
Experience in the automotive aftermarket.
Understanding/experience of GM systems.

Bachelor's degree (required).
Prefer MBA

COMPENSATION: The median level of salary compensation for this role is $102,111.

BONUS POTENTIAL: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
