Oracle Adoption Coach in Helena, Montana

Job Description

Provide end-user one-on-one support at client locations to perform high-level solution tasks

Identify and surface process, workflow and technical questions to appropriate project team members or content owners

Facilitate bi-directional feedback between the project team and end users to improve efficiency of communication and issue resolution

Provide feedback to appropriate stakeholders on system adoption and utilization

Provide day-to-day project management for onsite conversion team

Execute system adoption and/or optimization plan for client based on utilization data and targeted outcomes

Support clients during adoption to help perform high-level Cerner solution tasks at client locations.

Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

As an Adoption Coach you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of client conversion and adoption projects. You will provide one-on-one learning support to clinical and non-clinical staff alike, serving as the first line to investigate and resolve client problems, ensure proper workflow, and answer functionality questions. An Adoption Coach possesses excellent communication and decision making skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity. Adoption Coaches must have the ability to work comfortably with technology, possess strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing, client-facing environment. In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of many Oracle Cerner product solutions by learning system functionality, workflow best practices and evaluating the best way to engage with each client.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Expectations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
