  • Manage a balanced portfolio of Regional Consulting Partners across North America with responsibilities spanning core areas of Go-To-Market, Enablement, Customer Success & Aligned Growth.

  • Create, manage and implement mutual business & success plans, which includes comprehensive enablement plans to ensure partners are able to deliver successful implementations resulting in shared customer success.

  • Ensure partners are developing in-depth go-to market Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce’s revenue and customer success strategy.

  • Conduct regular reviews with partners to track results against agreed plans.

  • Create and nurture strategic relationships across the partners’ business while maintaining strong executive relationships.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the partner enablement teams and others to ensure delivery of clear and coordinated enablement across the partner lifecycle.

  • Assist the partner to create specialist skills and capabilities that will deliver enhanced solutions and assist sales and delivery coverage across all clouds.

  • Ensure the partner completes key program metrics by submitting Leads, Projects and Customer Stories and Obtaining/Maintaining Certifications.

  • Work with our Partners, Customer Success, Salesforce Account Executives, Partner Sales Team to provide alignment on open opportunities and ongoing customer implementations.

  • Advocate for the company, our consulting partners & our customers through moments of contention including intensified customer implementation accounts & customer or partner satisfaction disagreements. A demonstrable track record of exhibiting strong conflict resolution skiils & showing good judgment in these moments is a huge plus.


  • 4+ years in channel sales or channel management roles focused on Strategic Consulting Partners

  • Understanding of how professional service organizations go-to-market, generate revenue and complete implementation work

  • Extensive experience with SaaS based solutions, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem - including functional knowledge of the various roles of alliances, sales, customer success, marketing & the product teams

  • Proven ability to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment

  • Able to focus and implement in a changing environment; ability to make things happen

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex organization

  • Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act


Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
