Overview:
Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing services focused on Airplane Parts Validation and Airplane Paint support for the Boeing end-user customers
Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets
Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer, the Boeing Company
The candidate will focus on the following:
Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)
Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements (KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin)
Contributing to service transformation and business growth (KPI: Further profitable service revenue)
Scope:
The work is completed in line with the Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant to the customer
General:
Some experience in a production environment
Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex
Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem solving skills
Follows direction to meet production schedule and workload
Some interface to local customers
Shift Options:
This position offers a work schedule from Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, and multiple shifts to choose from.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Shift differential of $0.60/hr will be paid)
3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:30 AM (Shift differential of $0.85/hr will be paid)
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering high standards of quality of the finished output
Ensuring that all equipment used is correctly maintained
Keeping up-to-date records of all consumables used and ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained
Adhering to general good housekeeping practices
Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in customer-facing role
Experience in a production environment
Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
Good communication skills
Health & safety awareness and compliance
Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines
