Summary:

Meta is looking for a Brand Operations Manager for the Meta Brand & Product Marketing team. Brand Operations is responsible for operationalizing company branding for all employees and third-party agency and vendor partners.The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, operations and/or brand governance. They are a doer with the ability to facilitate discussions, up-level cross organization communication and establish clear processes to ensure consistent, high quality brand thinking and execution. They have a strong desire to build systems that enable big ideas to scale. This role is about elevating the discipline of branding internally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building for people and brand first. To be successful at Meta, you need to move fast, iterate and always be adding value. The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical. They will need to be able to multitask, outline a clear process, identify issues, make recommendations and help ensure overall operations are running smoothly within the Brand Strategy and Operations organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage a team of Brand Operations Managers to support company-wide brand rollout and governance.

  2. Help drive the centralized brand intake process used for company-wide governance and support requests on high priority branding needs.

  3. Manage brand strategy-related communications and stakeholder engagement.

  4. Facilitate ongoing connections with brand leaders across the company.

  5. Develop and run large-scale scalable systems to ensure consistent application of brand identity system and strategy across all Meta technologies and programs.

  6. Oversee and improve tools and training to up-level branding efforts across the organization.

  7. Leverage brand intake data to act on trends, provide detailed recommendations to the broader brand team and develop the creation of scaled guidance to help streamline brand-related questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in brand management and/or operations.

  2. People-management experience.

  3. Experience managing a portfolio of brands.

  4. Demonstrated project management experience.

  5. Experience collaborating and building relationships in dynamic and matrixed organizations.

  6. Analytical/data-driven experience.

  7. Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership.

  8. Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
