Develop future state process models (OV-6cs) for supply delivery segment
Responsible to identify and work with supporting architects to update:
Capability Process Map Diagram (CPMD OV-5b.f)
Operational activity catalog (OV-5a)
Information Exchange Requirements (OV-3)
Collaborate with government subject matter experts, industry, and vendor representatives to:
Develop and refine a business enterprise architecture supporting the re-engineering of Army Business processes and the resulting development of a converged Enterprise Business Solution
Line-of-Business (LOB): Supply
Required • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance • Have a demonstrated (7+ years) knowledge of developing enterprise architecture (LOB or Segment architecture) within a structured information modeling framework(s) and/or techniques (for example):
DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Must have: Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools (ARIS preferred)
• Have demonstrated experience across most or all aspects of an enterprise architecture (Business, Data, Applications, Technology) • Must have demonstrated experience in developing, perfecting, and communicating architecture-based analysis. • Possess a strong foundation in the technical practices and technologies which support the implementation of the architecture over time (for example):
IT Portfolio Management
COTS Solutions (such as ERP)
Business Process Improvement
• Strong soft skills leading small groups of architects and practitioners, communication with functional and technical experts and demonstrating building consensus. • The ability to communicate formally and informally with senior functional and technical stakeholders • Demonstrated consensus—building and facilitation skill
Desired • Experience using enterprise architecture tools is preferred. • Involvement with similar efforts in a federal or government space is highly desired
