Business Systems Analyst I - Oracle E-Business Suite

Under general direction, coordinates and supports system related software for departmental specific applications, including upgrades and implementations. Acts as the Systems Administrator for specific applications and is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive test automation strategy. Ensures the integrity, maintenance and security of the Corporate Applications including HR, Finance and Accounting.

  • SServes as Systems Administrator for Quote to Cash applications, with primary focus on the Oracle E-Business Suite. Includes maintaining user access; configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all corporate applications; coordinating and communicating systems downtime for the purpose of enabling maximum user uptime.

  • Performs testing for applications, with focus on Oracle EBS, through Automation Tool. Works closely with Business Units to review and define requirements for comprehensive testing, executing test scripts and providing recommendations on testing strategies.

  • Assists in the design and development of testing deliverables – such as test cases, test plans, test sets, scenarios, scripts, procedures, and test reports – for Infrastructure, environment setup, and software solution to ensure Corporate Business needs are addressed for testing.

  • Troubleshoots systems issues encountered by users and works with 3rd Level Support teams to ensure a timely resolution. Provides technical support to 1st/2nd Level Support for training and communication as needed

  • Helps coordinate efforts for the research and testing of software updates and patches to determine the impact on other systems and ensuring application is kept current. Also reviews applications release information, recommends and implements necessary updates for testing assets

  • Assists with Internal/SOX controls related to the Financial and HR systems, including user security audits and change management.

  • Maintains appropriate documentation of developed applications and departmental procedures to ensure consistent processes are followed.

  • Participates in the analysis of workflow, process improvement, and business practices to streamline business operations.

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents:

Range: $52k - $88k

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science - Preferred

  • 5 years of configuration and test experience for quote to cash business processes supported by Oracle E-Business Suite
