As the Business System Analyst III for the Credit Oversight team, you will partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Considered the top business analyst expert within a major application supporting multiple business units, performing tasks of the most complex nature.

How you will spend your time:

  • Document business requirements

  • Partner with technical services groups (internal MIS and/or external vendors,) to design technical solution to meet the business requirements

  • Configure application enabled business systems

  • Construct test cases, develop test scripts and facilitate appropriate testing (unit, integration, system, QA, UAT)

  • Validate production implementation

  • Assist with end user training

  • Maintain accurate system and System Development Lifecycle documentation

  • Act as a project manager for initiatives, identifying tasks, preparation of estimates, and development of work plans

  • Act as a mentor for less experienced team members and train fellow business systems analysts

  • Organize and oversee team testing methodology for test scripts and appropriate full cycle testing (unit, integration, system, and QA)

  • Organize and ensure accurate updating of team system and process documentation

  • Validate production implementation and provide change control approvals

  • Lead collaboration with business units to establish priorities for resolution of multiple system problems and issues

  • Lead UMB Business and Technology Strategies to evaluate technology opportunities to enhance operations

  • Act as system liaison between UMB users of business application systems and the technical services group(internal MIS and/or external vendors)

We would love to talk to you if you have:

  • 5+ years Business Systems Analysis experience

  • 7+ years experience in one supported operations or business area

  • BSA experience with FIS IBS or ACBS or other similar loan accounting systems

  • Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to build consensus across departments regarding complex solutions and/or issue resolution

  • Demonstrates clear verbal, written, interpersonal & presentation communication skills, expressing complex technical concepts in business terms

  • Demonstrates ability to Identify, develop and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents may not exist

  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively on cross functional project teams to solve problems and implement changes

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $72,870 to $135,400 annually. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
