Position summary

This role will primarily drive technology projects across the Chief Executive Program using Salesforce and AI-based tools to better track, manage, and use data to help provide insights and efficiency to everything we do.
Deloitte's Chief Executive Program is dedicated to advising chief executives throughout their careers-from navigating critical points of inflection, to designing a strategic agenda, to leading through personal and organizational change. We do this through the delivery of lab sessions for executives (and their teams) in new roles, through data-driven research and the creation of original eminence, through key partnerships, through CEO and NextGen CEO convenings, and through the development of Deloitte's capabilities to build trusted advisor relationships with CEOs. The Chief Executive Program is part of Deloitte's Executive Accelerators offering, which focuses on supporting executives across the C-Suite.
Work you'll do
As the Chief Executive Program Data, Insights, & Salesforce Lead, you will be an integral member of the Chief Executive Program team and also work closely with the Executive Accelerators Digital Technology team to drive Salesforce usage and manage an array of projects. You'll get to know the data our team regularly uses and manages - from lab insights to relationship tracking to event data to eminence topics and more - to help us better organize, manage, and use it. You'll also have the opportunity to support broader Chief Executive Program projects, contributing to the core of what we do.
The Chief Executive Program Data, Insights, & Salesforce Lead will:
Support the evolution and execution of Chief Executive Program strategies through involvement in strategic Salesforce projects
Lead the day-to-day management of our Chief Executive Program Salesforce.com usage, defining business requirements, driving engagement, supporting successful utilization, and identifying areas for process improvement using the Salesforce.com platform
Suggest new and innovative ways to use our data to drive Program objectives
Test and pilot AI-based tools and other technologies to drive insights
Interact with stakeholders and drive capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces & customized solutions
Manage projects related to data & insights
Handle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, report, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Create and maintain system documentation, artifacts relating to best practices and system configuration, and user support materials
Work closely with the broader Executive Accelerators technology team
Contribute to broader strategic projects for the Chief Executive Program
