What does a great Client Technical Support Rep do?
As the Application Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in supporting Fiserv’s Enterprise TCM in a Tier 2 Support capacity. As the Application Specialist you will work closely with Client Services, Operations and other Internal clients. You will be troubleshooting and resolving inquiries from clients regarding configurations issues, balancing, file processing and other issues that are reported. You will also be responsible for researching client inquiries. The Application Specialist will have high organizational skills and have a strong understanding of case management principles, while ensuring a best in class level of support for our Banking clients.
As an Application Analyst, you can look forward to:
Serving as principal point of contact for both external and internal customers for TCM application queries and issues.
Performing research and problem diagnostics to determine resolutions.
Efficiently and appropriately escalate issues to Tier 3 support team when necessary.
Participating in User Acceptance Testing and product documentation review.
Providing input to Product Managers, Business Analysts and Programmers in regard to product features and enhancements.
Analyzing incidents to determine any trends or apparent problems that have occurred.
Identifying opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Handling pressure situations with clarity, focus and professionalism.
Resolving conflict and difficult issues in a professional, assertive, and dedicated manner.
Demonstrating strong verbal and written communications with ability to explain complex technical ideas in easy to understand business terms.
Team hours of operations range from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM; however, this position requires flexibility in work hours and there may be a rotation with other staff members to cover extended support hours.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
Associates degree in applicable field and/or 3 years of relevant experience.
1+ year of experience in Application Support or Client Implementation position.
Strong knowledge of client management and technical support procedures.
Strong PC skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Prior experience in Banking, Credit Union, or other Financial Services positions.
Exposure to financial services client system integrations, operations, or client support experience.
Exposure to Fiserv or FRMS products or software solutions.
