Ford Motor Company Collaboration Manager in Helena, Montana

In this position, the Collaboration Manager will manage teams that engineer that engineers Cisco Webex endpoints, Miro boards, digital signage, and webcasting infrastructure and software. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Cisco conferencing equipment in a diverse meeting software environment and be well prepared on a technical level to influence the next generation of collaboration within Ford. Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams experience in a Cisco environment is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Manage collaboration engineering team

  • Review hardware and software engineering to determine operational excellence

  • Manage vendor relationships and submit POs

  • Manage collaboration budget

  • Influence design of meeting rooms with Ford Land partners

  • Influence next generation of collaboration hardware and software by understanding customer needs and creating solutions

  • Assess problems that can be solved by collaboration technology to make the lives of Ford employees easier

You'll have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the collaboration space such as a Collaboration engineer and Collaboration Manager

  • At least 4 years of technical experience

  • Cisco Webex meeting platform experience

  • Cisco meeting hardware experience

  • Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet experience (preferred but not required)

  • Vbrick or other large webcast platform experience

  • App Space or other digital signage experience

  • CVI Pixip or Cisco (preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Digital white boarding experience (Miro preferred)
