This highly visible role provides communications counsel and thought leadership, supporting and advancing our Diversity Equity & Inclusion programs, strategic priorities and vision. You will create and deliver best-in-class communications to drive alignment around business objectives, deepen awareness and engagement, and enrich experiences where all people who experience Citizens feels valued, respected and a strong sense of belonging. You will envision and execute communication strategies and key messages through diverse tactics and channels and strong cross functional collaboration, ensuring coordination with key partners and stakeholders. You will also ensure alignment with corporate messaging and brand.
Primary responsibilities include:
Communications planning: Manage executive communication strategic plans and communication programs in support of organizational goals.
Stakeholder relationship management: Foster and maintain active partnerships with senior leaders and key partners (e.g., media relations, social media) to drive the development and ongoing management of communications plans and strategies.
Tactical execution: Drive flawless execution of plan (directly and through influence of partners). Identify key metrics and measurement plan to ensure communication activities are efficient, effective and scalable.
Change management: Drive culture and behavioral change through internal campaigns with diverse tactics (in partnership with HR / Learning & Development, Marketing, and Communications peer groups).

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Master's Degree, preferably in communications, organization behavior, journalism, or marketing
Hours and Work Schedule:
Hours per week: 40
Work schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
