Randstad US Compliance and Diversity Manager - Talent Acquisition in Helena, Montana

The Compliance and Diversity Manager's mission is to ensure that compliance laws applicable to the recruitment process are upheld. Specifically, the recruitment, hiring, and selection processes and practices should be designed and executed in a way that mitigates the risk of compliance violations or potential adverse impact for certain groups.

You will partner closely with recruiters and leaders to train them to identify areas of risk, share the business case, ensure tight controls are in place, and make value-add recommendations to course-correct as needed. In addition, you will consistently look and consider new and innovative ways to optimize the level of support process to achieve success.

  • Identify operational and compliance risks through audits, assessments, and consulting conversations

  • Enhance the effectiveness of current controls and processes for compliance and diversity success

  • Conduct core requisition audits to identify issues that reflect OFCCP and EEOC regulatory risk

  • Create audit reports to document the scope, procedure findings, drawing conclusions, and making practical recommendations to remedy any issues

  • Assess new processes or changes to existing processes to identify operational risks prior to implementation

  • Develop relationships with targeted institutions and organizations that align with diversity outreach needs to create a diverse pipeline for new diverse talent

  • Develop the strategy and means of measuring the success of the diversity and inclusion strategy

  • Develop and implement a holistic approach to EEOC/OFCCP compliance and D&I moving beyond short-term programs and initiatives toward systemic integration of EEOC and OFCCP compliance and diversity and inclusion into people practices that support key business outcomes, so that internal and external stakeholders increasingly experience sustainable benefits from our diverse, inclusive and engaged workplace

  • Communicate with and educate stakeholders and process owners on the importance of compliance, an effective control environment, diversity, outreach, and the role of the team

  • Craft compliance initiatives and be accountable for localizing and tracking the progress of initiatives

  • Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team on compliance matters and be a role model of values, ethical decision-making principles, and fostering this mindset throughout the manufacturing site operations

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or the equivalent (4 years) of additional professional experience (post-college/post-military)

  • At least 8 years of experience managing OFCCP and EEOC compliance as it relates to staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition and/or HR

  • Experience supporting RPO staffing implementations and engagements preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to work under tight timeframes with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Demonstrated professionalism under stress and the ability to prioritize and organize effectively with planned and unplanned projects and requests.

  • Be an active listener, naturally curious, and have the ability to build a strong connection with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Google Shared Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets is strongly preferred.
