Facebook Compliance Program Manager - Culture & Policy Governance in Helena, Montana

Facebook seeks a highly motivated and experienced team player to serve as Compliance Program Manager, Culture & Policy Governance on Facebook’s Compliance team. This position will play a key role in supporting Facebook's culture of compliance and ethics that enables our employees to build products and services that bring the world closer together and build community. Required Skills:

  1. Design strategy and drive execution and operationalization of the program managing Facebook’s compliance and legal policies, procedures, and guidance, including through program ownership for Policy Governance.

  2. Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of company-wide materials on policies and Policy Governance.

  3. Drive the day-to-day program management and operational needs for Facebook’s global Conflict of Interest program, including through maintaining the policy and resulting operations, iterative risk assessment, workflow improvements, tooling, among others.

  4. Drive data analysis and insight to inform policy enhancements for Conflicts of Interest and other legal policies, where needed.

  5. Provide program management support for Facebook’s Code of Conduct, incentive and disincentive programs and other programs supporting our culture of compliance.

  6. Help nurture and grow the cross-functional network of subject matter experts supporting corporate policies, procedures, and guidance relevant to compliance, ethics and Facebook’s Code of Conduct.

  7. Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for FB executives and its Board of Directors.

  8. Optimize cross functional resources to achieve complex and unique objectives within budget and timelines, including through key performance metrics and aligning roles and responsibilities between collaborative teams/functions.

  9. Ensure that supporting project initiatives in key areas of the business are on time and on budget.

  10. Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of compliance program management or business operations experience in-house or in consulting, including experience advising or building compliance programs relating to ethical culture, policy development and implementation, and compliance communications.

  2. Experience running project management or program management initiatives at a global scale.

  3. Project management skills and tools, PMP certification or similar relevant experience, including a working knowledge of Project Management software and tracking structures.

  4. Experience with PowerDMS or similar solutions and with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project, including using the Office suite for concise, data driven communications.

  5. Experience with data visualization including Tableau and PowerBI, Excel or Google Sheets for required analytics and building dynamic tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. In-house experience at internet, technology, or telecommunications companies.

  2. Six sigma or similar process improvement certification or expertise.

  3. Experience and comfort working with data, including to measure program performance and effectiveness, inform priorities and deliver insights to stakeholders.

  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including working with or in support of diverse communities.
