Oracle Consulting Practice Manager in Helena, Montana

Job Description

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

You will provide functional leadership for the assigned project roles focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH, SM) applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. The analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Cloud application consulting team supporting the configuration and extension of the Oracle Cloud Financial modules.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH, Leasing/Subscription) experience including but not limited to:

  • 8 years of Fusion Financials experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and/or FAH, Leasing/Subscription

  • Oracle Financials Cloud certifications are desirable. If not, willing to obtain Cloud Certification shortly after joining Oracle.

  • Broader product, technology or industry expertise is an advantage. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.

  • Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology, and solutions. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools.

  • Proven leadership capabilities.

  • Client facing responsibilities.

  • As a position of technical and professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology.

  • Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex customer needs.

  • As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.

  • Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of client business and delivering the solutions.

  • Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Financials Cloud implementations and Supporting Oracle Cloud with hands-on configurations and leading the day-to-day activities including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
