Center for Mental Health COVID Screener - Helena in Helena, Montana

Full-time, Non-Exempt,

Helena, Temporary up to 6 months

Duties: Administers COVID-19 screening questionnaire to each employee/visitor and maintain a log. Observes all employees and visitors for cold, flu and respiratory symptoms before entering the building. Allowing or denying access to the building and report to Operations Manager- Recovery Service Line. Check employee/visitor temperatures using non-contact infrared thermometers. Ensures all employees/visitors entering the building are screened. Ensure all employees/visitors are utilizing face masks in the building. Sanitization of screening station. Maintain log of employees or visitors that refuse temperature of refused to answer questions and report to Operations Recovery - Recovery Line. Participate in required COVID-19 trainings or safety classes. Must be able to take precise notes. Keep track of stock level for masks, thermometer covers and working conditions of thermometers, etc. Must have interpersonal skills in dealing with the public, and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with employees. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all other compliance standards per Center policy.

Minimum Qualifications: MT Driver’s License, valid vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. Completion of high school/GED is required. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must communicate effectively in writing. Healthcare setting experience preferred.
