FINANCIAL EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT Customer Service Specialist in HELENA, Montana

Financial Education & Development, Inc. is seeking a full-time customer service specialist who is extremely customer-focused, adaptable to change, resourceful, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful applicant will be skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Your day will include a wide range of duties, including customer support via phones, email, and online chat; setup of educational materials; calling customers to resolve email deliverability problems and occasional overdue invoices; and online educational event and podcast hosting. Salary starts at $19.00/hour, depending on experience, with a pay/performance review after your first 90 days. Responsibilities - Work with a dynamic and tight-knit team toward a common goal: delighted customers and partners across all touchpoints - Assist customers through phone, email, and online chat support - Proofreading, editing, and uploading of training materials - Foster positive relationships with customers across all FinEd products, including webinars, training products, and other services - Host online webinars and podcasts - Track email deliverability issues and reach out to customers to resolve - Data entry as needed - Express your ideas for improvements to processes, customer experience, engagement, and revenue channels - Communicate with speakers about upcoming materials due Required Qualifications - Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Detail-driven with solid organizational and communication skills - Comfortable navigating the internet - Multitask between deadline-driven projects - Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written Ready?
