Customer Success Manager - Federal
Role Overview:

Skyhigh Security is looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Federal Division. You are an exceptional Customer Success Manager who brings a deep understanding of the Federal Space fundamentals and best practices. You have a seasoned background of supporting work. You are confident, balance strong conceptual thinking with efficient, full-funnel asset production. You enjoy a positive work culture and develop relationships and build trust through collaboration.
Deliver a proactive customer contact strategy for your portfolio of accounts to drive renewals, customer adoption, training, and revenue growth.
Ensure and accelerate broad adoption of our security products.
Drive Stickiness through a variety of delivery mechanisms, including technical workshops, webinars, roadmap discussions, etc.
Identify at-risk renewals and deliver on customer remediation plan.
Forecast retention, renewal, and health status for assigned accounts.
Deliver periodic analysis, metrics, recommendations through Customer Success Forums (CSF) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Qualifications:
Thrive in a high-profile, customer-facing role with 1-3 years of high-touch customer success or strategic consulting experience
Proven experience in the Federal Space.
Demonstrate an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to customer connections
Have outstanding relationship management skills, strong business and technical acumen.
Have a bias for action with ownership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Are a US Citizen
Have a good understanding of security fundamentals (Firewalls, Proxies, Web Security Gateways, Cloud security in SAAS/PAAS model)
Demonstrate composure in stressful situations
Adapt easily, are comfortable with change and high levels of ambiguity
It would be great if you also have:
Comp TIA Security+ or CISSP certifications
Sales or Customer Success experience with a technical background

Base Pay Range: $93,000 - $173,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy
