A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Use expertise to advise clients on the adoption of robust security solutions, culture and practices
Facilitate client workshops to engage client stakeholders and advise on Cyber Defense transformation
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
Work with CTAS leadership to scale and grow the practice to achieve increase market presence, including developing new go to market solutions
Provide mentorship and leadership of junior Security team members
Build strong relationships with Accenture clients built on trust, respect, and technical expertise that facilitate business development efforts
Support business development initiatives when needed
Continue to grow expertise on technology infrastructure security innovations and industry best practices
Our Sr. Managers assist clients with the identification and evaluation of holistic security gaps with a focus on the infrastructure and business applications layer. They also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizations. Our Sr. Managers can easily work with non-security teams to integrate security controls on projects. We are currently searching for Sr. Managers for our Security Technology practice with prior experience in the following areas:
Cyber Security Operations, Security Monitoring & Analytics
Infrastructure security including SIEM, Log Management, Network Security & Monitoring
Mergers and Acquisitions
Ability to travel 80-100% (please see below)
8+ years consulting on Security domains
5+ years managing cross functional teams
PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Demonstrated understanding of Security principles
Ability to drive thought leadership
Experience in public speaking, facilitating workshops or C-Level engagement
