DATA ANALYST
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for merging data sets and conducting thorough analysis of program effectiveness based on the data. The ideal candidate should possess strong data manipulation and analytical skills, as well as experience working with large and complex data sets. The ability to communicate insights is also essential.
Responsibilities:
Merge and manipulate data sets from multiple sources.
Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
Identify patterns and trends in data sets and develop insights.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
Create and maintain documentation for data processing and analysis
Basic Requirements:
Master's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Data Management, Data Processing, D ata Collection, Data Analysis and Data Modelling.
Minimum 3 years e xperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Additional Skills:
Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation, including experience with SQL and Python/R programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$68,325.00 - $116,152.00
