We are looking for a Demand Gen Marketing Manager to identify, analyze, and replicate opportunities for growth, and promote ongoing campaign execution that helps NCE and its associated faith community brands scale in their respective markets. The Demand Gen Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, including paid, inbound, and nurture programs. In this role, the Demand Gen Marketing Manager will be expected to show versatility and adaptability: One day you may be working to raise awareness around product utilization, and the next you may be running an A/B test for paid media. Regardless of tactics, the expectation is that the Demand Gen Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Marketing on key strategies, develops relationships with other internal leaders and teams, and works tirelessly to drive growth in key markets and verticals.

  • Develop, execute, optimize, and analyze the multi-touch and omnichannel campaigns that drive inbound interest in NCE brands and their solutions.

  • Collaborate with NBS marketing operations team to align marketing funnel systems with business goals for streamlined processes and reporting around lead acquisition, MQL targets, MQL to SQL conversion, and close rate.

  • Drive performance for paid media campaigns and own reporting that focuses on conversion metrics and areas of improvement.

  • Manage customer-retention and awareness focused campaign efforts, including product-related updates, enhancements, events, or other unique insights that further product adoption/utilization.

  • Work closely with NBS digital strategy team to optimize NCE digital channels for paid and SEO strategies, focusing on demand gen goals for scalable and consistent growth.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales) in the coordination and development of key deliverables, including sales enablement material, client-facing content, and other inbound marketing content.

  • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing and other NBS marketing stakeholders to manage product positioning, messaging, and brand assets.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert across the business on customer sentiment, buying criteria, and retention drivers.

  • Present about NCE products or industry trends to both external and internal audiences as needed.

  • Manage marketing team members as required.

Colorado candidates wage only: $50,000-$90,000


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred).


Minimum of 5+ years B2B SaaS demand generation marketing experience, or equivalent.


  • High level of verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required.

  • Established track record of cross-functional or cross-team collaboration skills.

  • Experience identifying target audiences within market segments and crafting unique strategies to reach those targets.

  • Strategic experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Wide degree of creativity.

  • Ability to handle high volume of concurrent projects and tasks.

  • People leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently or in a group.

  • Experience leveraging marketing tech stack, e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress, or the equivalent preferred.
