Zoom is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Lead to carry out our tag manager solution by partnering with engineering, marketing, and product to align with our global data collection strategy. This role is part of the Digital Analytics team supporting Zooms Digital properties to accelerate growth. This candidate will provide support to our various internal stakeholders across our B2B and B2C functions by developing and implementing measurement plans and tagging strategies. This candidate has a passion for learning and technology and acts as a champion for data governance across the organization. This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company. Passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partners with stakeholders across organization to define reporting needs and KPI's, tagging recommendations, tracking specifications and tag manager implementation
Participate in site re-designs and enhancements by identifying new tagging strategies and ensuring tagging and data structure aligns with overall strategy
Partners with Digital Acquisition on implementing and optimizing pixels across the site
Partners with Legal and Compliance to ensure our data collection meets our companies high privacy standards
Direct involvement with developing and implementing measurement plans and tagging strategies, as well as the ability to QA web based analytics implementations.
Provide leadership for data collection and ways to standardize across a global environment and assist in establishing governance standard methodologies.
Drive multiple analytics solution design projects end-to end and in parallel.
Communicate and break down highly complex data problems into simple, feasible solutions.
Advocating for data-driven decision making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of digital product experience
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products, and new features within existing platforms, changes in data privacy, changes around browser protections
3+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce and/or Adobe Analytics
3+ years of experience using a tag management solution such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and/or Tealium
Direct involvement with developing and implementing measurement plans and tagging strategies, as well as the ability to QA analytics implementations.
Experience developing solutions with tag management systems
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for translating technical and statistical information into actionable business insights for Business Stakeholders
Experience with Server Side tracking is a bonus
Comfortable working with others and a clear, confident communicator
Quantitative thinker, data-driven mindset balanced with a customer-driven approach
Ability to document and present results to differing stakeholder audiences
Team player with a growth-mindset
