JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to lead high performing, medium to large, global teams in an operations and service environment.

  • Demonstrated people leadership and management skills. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to develop talent. Excellent teacher.

  • Results oriented and data driven. Ability to create and manage to key performance indicators. Strong analytical skills.

  • Customer service focused. Understand customer’s needs, effectively manage expectations, use sound judgement with sensitive topics, and escalate concerns when necessary.

  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to resolve complex problems, and negotiate and align on critical business decisions. You believe that no jobs are too big; no problems are too complex.

  • Passionate about identifying, leading and driving processes improvement, strategies and innovation. Has lead multiple continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating complex processes.

  • Energized by problem solving, thinking critically and quickly identifying root cause and corrective action strategies.

  • Lead and sponsor multiple complex projects and initiatives across operation functions, systems, and regions.

  • Master at managing and adapting to rapid change. Proven ability to effectively communicate and motivate teams through transformation.

  • Expert at managing capacity and knowing how to flex your team to meet the changing needs of the organization.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures. Comfortable creating and delivering presentations on a variety of topics. Excellent facilitator.

  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed for global time zones.

Preferred:

  • Management experience in a center of excellence and operations environment. HR Operations ideal.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Continuous improvement skills including Lean, Kata, Six-Sigma.

  • Expert skills in Excel and Power Point. Able to create complex formulas in spreadsheets.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle internal tools and HCM products.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • 10 years people management experience, including 3+ years managing managers.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
