As the Director of Technology Solutions, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of IT initiatives that are vital to our business operations. In this influential role, you will:
Act as a strategic partner to business and functional leaders, identifying and delivering sophisticated technological solutions.
Lead large-scale projects and innovations related to CRM implementation, driving the strategy and operational procedures.
Foster relationships with VPs, AVPs, and Directors, enhancing collaboration, information sharing, and strategic alignment.
Define and implement a robust CRM strategy, aligned with business objectives, encompassing design, data integration, customization, and rollout.
Enhance customer understanding and develop tailored solutions to meet diverse needs.
Manage vendor relationships and internal team dynamics to ensure the effective functioning of CRM systems.
Oversee data analytics and reporting, utilizing insights to drive decisions across the business.
Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure Humana leads with best practices in CRM technologies.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of a modernized CRM system.
Develop and implement CRM strategy and capabilities that are aligned with business objectives. This involves many strategic decisions such as Design Strategy, Data Strategy, Integration Strategy, Out of the Box versus Customization, Rollout Strategy, etc.
Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Work closely with internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
Ensure efficient operation of CRM systems that perform data collection, reporting, and analytics.
Monitor customer feedback and evaluate the customer experience.
Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making across the business.
Stay updated on current trends in the CRM industry and ensure the company adopts industry best practices.
Effectively lead a high-performing team of associates consisting of Associate Directors, Lead Architects, Tech Leads, and more.
Cultivate a culture of belonging, where diversity enhances our ability to understand and service our members and communities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience relative to the role
8+ years of technical experience
5+ years of management experience
Proven expertise in operations, technology, and process optimization
10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
Salesforce CRM implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Salesforce certifications
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$153,500 - $211,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
