AWARE seeks to provide opportunities for employees to grow professionally through its tuition advancement program, professional development opportunities and in-house trainings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in guiding the implementation of a comprehensive child development program that meets the Head Start definition of curriculum in all program options and settings to assigned children six weeks through three years of age.Practice theories and sound principles of child and parent education in an environment in which children can develop personal relationships, experiment, make choices, solve problems, and develop age-appropriate social and self-help skills.Plan and participate in parent education and parent involvement activities.
